Shipping International:
All International Orders will have the fully insured fast shipping option added
Most Items will be posted the same day - (Monday to Friday but not bank holidays) if payment is received by 4pm - and items bought after the cut off times will be posted the next working day.
A certificate of posting is obtained with every delivery made.
Returns:
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000), you have the right to cancel your order after receipt of goods. Under these regulations you have the right to return goods purchased from this site for a refund subject to the following conditions:
* You must inform us by post, fax or e-mail within 8 days of the item being dispatched, of your intention to return them (Not by Telephone call) and return them within this 8 day period.
* The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale.
* You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods.
* The goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
* If you return the goods after 8 days without any notification you will incur a 30% Restocking Fee - If you accept a credit note this 30% will not apply.
* Please make sure you have obtained a Certificate of Posting or send the item back recorded delivery. We accept no responsibility for items lost in the post.
